✅ Ingredients:
3 eggs, 280ml water, 30-50g sugar
100ml milk, 3g yeast, 5g baking powder

150g fine cornmeal, 250g all-purpose flour, 20ml corn oil

✅ Instructions:
1️⃣ Crack three eggs into a bowl. Add water, milk, and sugar; mix well.
2️⃣ Add yeast and baking powder; mix well again. Then add cornmeal and all-purpose flour; stir until no dry powder remains.
3️⃣ Add corn oil; mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to let it ferment.
(You can prepare the batter the night before and let it ferment in the fridge.)
4️⃣ The next day, take it out and stir to release air bubbles. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. No need to brush oil in the pan; just pour in the batter. Cook until bubbles form on the surface; then flip it over. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
