🔥 Today, I’m excited to introduce you to a mouth-watering dish—Shacha Beef Hotpot! 🍲 The beef is tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the rich shacha sauce. Each bite is pure bliss! 💖
🍴 Ingredients:
- Fried tofu skin
- 300g beef slices
- 2 tablespoons shacha sauce
- Minced garlic
- Ginger slices
- Optional: green peppers, onions
Seasonings:
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- Pepper
- Water as needed
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Marinate the beef slices with light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and a little starch for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan with oil and sauté the minced garlic and ginger slices until aromatic.
- Add fried tofu skin and optional vegetables; place the marinated beef on top.
- Add shacha sauce and pour in enough water to cover ingredients slightly. Simmer for about five minutes.
- Increase heat to reduce the liquid before serving; sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
💡 Tips:
- For better texture, use beef slices that have both fat and lean meat.
- Since shacha sauce is already salty, use light soy sauce and dark soy sauce sparingly.
- Be mindful of the heat while simmering to avoid overcooking the beef.
