🔥 Today, I’m excited to introduce you to a mouth-watering dish—Shacha Beef Hotpot! 🍲 The beef is tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the rich shacha sauce. Each bite is pure bliss! 💖

🍴 Ingredients:

  • Fried tofu skin
  • 300g beef slices
  • 2 tablespoons shacha sauce
  • Minced garlic
  • Ginger slices
  • Optional: green peppers, onions

Seasonings:

  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • Pepper
  • Water as needed

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Marinate the beef slices with light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and a little starch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and sauté the minced garlic and ginger slices until aromatic.
  3. Add fried tofu skin and optional vegetables; place the marinated beef on top.
  4. Add shacha sauce and pour in enough water to cover ingredients slightly. Simmer for about five minutes.
  5. Increase heat to reduce the liquid before serving; sprinkle chopped green onions on top.

💡 Tips:

  • For better texture, use beef slices that have both fat and lean meat.
  • Since shacha sauce is already salty, use light soy sauce and dark soy sauce sparingly.
  • Be mindful of the heat while simmering to avoid overcooking the beef.
