Preparation:
Wash the baby cabbage thoroughly, remove the tender core from the middle, cut off the root, and separate it into individual leaves.
Dice the century egg (preserved egg), mushrooms, and ham sausage; slice or mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Cooking process:

  1. Heat an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a pot. Once hot, add shredded ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add diced century egg and ham sausage, stir-frying briefly.
  3. Pour in enough boiled water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the baby cabbage and cook until soft.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
