Crunchy & Tangy Spicy Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • A few dried chili peppers

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Prep Vegetables:
  • Rinse the cabbage thoroughly and tear into bite-sized pieces by hand.
  • Crush the garlic cloves.
  • Cut dried chili peppers into small segments (remove seeds for less heat, if preferred).
  1. Cook:
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and dried chili peppers; stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Add cabbage pieces and stir-fry rapidly for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted but still crisp.
  • Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until well-coated.

Serve immediately with rice!
