
Crunchy & Tangy Spicy Cabbage Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage
- 3 cloves garlic
- A few dried chili peppers
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and salt. Set aside. - Prep Vegetables:
- Rinse the cabbage thoroughly and tear into bite-sized pieces by hand.
- Crush the garlic cloves.
- Cut dried chili peppers into small segments (remove seeds for less heat, if preferred).
- Cook:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add crushed garlic and dried chili peppers; stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add cabbage pieces and stir-fry rapidly for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted but still crisp.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
Serve immediately with rice!
