Main Ingredients:
- Tomato 1 piece
- Tofu 1 block
- Eggs 1-2 pieces
- Green onion 1 section (adjust to taste)
- Garlic to taste
Seasonings/Sauces:
- Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- Matsutake seasoning a pinch
- Cornstarch as needed
Instructions👇:
- Dice the tofu into small cubes, coat each piece with starch, then dip them in beaten egg. Fry in hot oil until they turn golden brown and set them aside on a plate.
- Sauté minced garlic until aromatic, add tomatoes and cook until they release their juices. Pour in the sauce and bring it to a boil, then add the tofu and stir-fry until evenly coated.
