🛒Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, half a carrot, half a cucumber, peanuts
🥢Preparation method:
① Dice the chicken breast and place it in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a pinch of salt and black pepper each, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for a while.
② In another bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside.
③ Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken cubes until they turn color. Set aside.
④ In the same pan, add chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste). Stir-fry until the red oil appears. Then add diced carrots and the chicken cubes.
⑤ Pour in the prepared sauce along with cucumber slices. Stir-fry everything evenly. Finally, add peanuts before serving.
