
🥣 Ingredients:
- Heavy cream, milk, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper
- Chicken thighs, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic
👩🏻🍳 Instructions:
- Thaw and debone the chicken thighs
- Season them evenly with black pepper and salt; let sit for 20 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken thighs (start with the skin side down; no need to flip frequently)
- Once the skin side is golden brown, flip and continue frying for a bit longer before removing from pan
- Chop up your side ingredients
- Using the same oil from frying the chicken thighs, fry the potatoes until golden brown
- Add garlic slices and onions once potatoes are ready
- When fragrant, add mushrooms (don’t forget to season with salt!)
- Fry mushrooms until they darken in color
- Return fried chicken thighs to pan
- Add warm water and let it simmer for a bit
- Pour in equal parts heavy cream and milk; add some salt and keep simmering
🍽️ Finally, reduce sauce over high heat; garnish with black pepper and chopped parsley.
