🥣 Ingredients:

  • Heavy cream, milk, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper
  • Chicken thighs, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions:

  • Thaw and debone the chicken thighs
  • Season them evenly with black pepper and salt; let sit for 20 minutes
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken thighs (start with the skin side down; no need to flip frequently)
  • Once the skin side is golden brown, flip and continue frying for a bit longer before removing from pan
  • Chop up your side ingredients
  • Using the same oil from frying the chicken thighs, fry the potatoes until golden brown
  • Add garlic slices and onions once potatoes are ready
  • When fragrant, add mushrooms (don’t forget to season with salt!)
  • Fry mushrooms until they darken in color
  • Return fried chicken thighs to pan
  • Add warm water and let it simmer for a bit
  • Pour in equal parts heavy cream and milk; add some salt and keep simmering

🍽️ Finally, reduce sauce over high heat; garnish with black pepper and chopped parsley.
