
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs
- Potatoes
- Green onions
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cooking wine
- Light soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Salt
- Starch
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Rinse the pork ribs thoroughly and cut them into small sections. Soak them in water for 30 minutes to draw out any blood; drain well afterward. Cut green onions into segments; mince ginger and garlic.
- Place the pork ribs in a bowl with cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, starch, and a bit of minced green onion, ginger, and garlic. Mix well to coat evenly and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Peel and rinse the potatoes; cut them into uniform chunks.
- Arrange the marinated pork ribs over the potato chunks in a steamer-safe dish. Drizzle lightly with cooking oil. Steam over high heat until boiling starts; then reduce to medium heat and continue steaming for 30-40 minutes until both pork ribs are fully cooked and potatoes are tender.
