
Today I’m sharing a quick and tasty homemade Jjajangmyeon recipe❗ It’s incredibly rich, simple to make, and absolutely addictive. 🔍 Try it once and you’ll be hooked. Here’s what you need
Ingredients:
One serving of noodles, 200 grams of minced pork, green onions ➕ garlic ➕ chili peppers ➕ cucumber.
Instructions:
1️⃣ For the perfect Zhajiang sauce👉🏻Mix together 3 tablespoons light soy sauce ➕ 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce ➕ 2 tablespoons oyster sauce ➕ 2 tablespoons sweet bean paste ➕ 1 tablespoon Doubanjiang ➕ a pinch of sugar ➕ 1 tablespoon cornstarch➕ half a bowl of water.
2️⃣ Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Once hot, add the minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add green onions ➕ garlic ➕ chili peppers 👉🏻 stir-fry until aromatic. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until it thickens.
3️⃣ Cook the noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, drain well, and place in a bowl. Top with cucumber strips and pour over the meat sauce. Mix well before eating and enjoy!
