Homemade Meatballs

  • 1 egg
  • 30ml water💦
  • 80g breadcrumbs🥖
  • 55g chopped onion
  • Salt & black pepper to taste🧂
  • 450g lean ground beef

Methods
1⃣ Preheat oven to 175°C 🔥.
2⃣ In a bowl, combine egg, water, breadcrumbs, onion, salt and pepper 🧂. Add ground beef to the bowl and gently mix with hands until combined. Do not overmix.
3⃣ Shape mixture into 3.5 cm diameter meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
4⃣ Bake at 175°C for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 58°C 🍽.
